The Laker Elementary staff is committed to developing and enhancing student achievement in the areas of academics, integrated technology, and citizenship in a safe and caring environment. We believe that building children into respectful and intelligent young adults starts in the early years; therefore, our teachers instill these ideals from the beginning.

From the time they step foot into Laker Elementary, students are well-nurtured. Teachers and staff provide an excellent foundation in a loving, caring atmosphere. They go above and beyond every day for students. Laker Elementary offers more than a dozen paraprofessionals to give additional support to students, along with a school nurse, counselor, social worker, and more. Daily specials classes (gym, music, art/technology), fun hands-on lessons, fantastic field trips, a beautiful library, an active PTO that offers several family events, an award-winning Little Lakers GSRP program, and so many unique touches make Laker Elementary a truly special place for children to begin their education journey.
